Independent platform and utility disclaimers
Utility Metric is an independent software platform developed for utility expense tracking and energy analytics. We are not an electricity, gas, water, or energy provider, and we do not sell or supply utility services directly to customers.
Our platform does not issue official utility bills, control external utility accounts, process utility-company payments, restore or disconnect services, or provide official utility customer support. Information displayed is for organizational and analytical reference only. For service emergencies, power outages, and official billing disputes, customers must contact their respective utility providers directly.
Subscriptions, plans, and cancellation terms
Both household consumers and multi-location commercial organizations can create an account and select a subscription plan tailored to their utility management requirements. Upon signup, active subscribers gain access to digital tracking, reporting, and monitoring features included in their plan tier.
All billing cycles, renewal fees, and plan terms are detailed prior to purchase. Users may manage or cancel their ongoing subscriptions anytime through their dashboard settings or by reaching out to our team via the contact page.
